Welcome to Stickera Asia (“Stickera”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stickera Asia website, marketplace, and related services.
By accessing or using Stickera Asia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Overview of the Platform
Stickera Asia is an online marketplace that connects independent sticker creators with buyers. Sellers list and ship their own physical sticker products directly to buyers. Stickera Asia does not manufacture, store, or ship products and does not take ownership of items listed for sale.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
You may browse Stickera Asia without creating an account. To purchase items or interact with certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
To sell products and receive payouts, you must be able to successfully complete identity verification and payout setup required by our payment provider. If you are under the legal age required to open and manage a payment account in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the payment account on your behalf and assumes responsibility for your activities on the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
By using Stickera Asia, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Upload or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Attempt to interfere with the platform’s security or operations
- Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes outside the intended marketplace functionality
Stickera Asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Marketplace Structure and Role of Stickera
Stickera Asia acts solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. Contracts for sale are formed directly between buyers and sellers. Stickera Asia is not a party to the transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products listed on the platform.
Listings and Product Restrictions
Sellers may only list physical sticker products unless otherwise approved. Digital downloads, print-on-demand services, or unrelated products are not permitted.
Listings must not include:
- Copyrighted material that the seller does not have rights to use
- Any illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Instructions or links directing buyers to complete purchases outside Stickera Asia
Stickera Asia may remove listings that violate these policies.
Payments and Payment Processing
All payments on Stickera Asia are processed securely through Stripe. Stickera Asia does not store or process buyer payment details directly.
By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize Stripe to process your payment and applicable fees.
Fees
Stickera Asia may charge buyers or sellers platform fees to support operation and maintenance of the marketplace. Any applicable fees will be displayed clearly during checkout or within the seller dashboard.
Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate from Stickera Asia’s platform fees.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering products to buyers. Estimated shipping times are provided by sellers and may vary depending on location and shipping method.
Stickera Asia is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, though we may assist in facilitating communication between buyers and sellers.
Refunds, Returns, and Disputes
Refund and return policies are set by individual sellers and displayed on their listings. Buyers should review these policies before making a purchase.
If a dispute arises, Stickera Asia may assist in facilitating communication between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Stripe and the buyer’s payment provider.
Off-Platform Transactions
Users may not use Stickera Asia to arrange or complete transactions outside the platform. Sellers must not include external purchase links, payment instructions, or contact details intended to bypass Stickera Asia’s checkout.
Transactions conducted outside the platform are not covered by any buyer support, dispute assistance, or platform safeguards.
Intellectual Property
All content on Stickera Asia, including logos, text, design, and platform software, is owned by Stickera Asia or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Stickera Asia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and promote their listings for the purpose of operating and marketing the marketplace.
User Content and Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they upload, including product images, descriptions, and messages. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and distribute it.
Stickera Asia reserves the right to remove content that violates laws, infringes rights, or breaches these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stickera Asia is not liable for:
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Loss or damage resulting from shipping or product defects
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Account Suspension and Termination
Stickera Asia may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false information
- Attempt to bypass platform fees or payment systems
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
We may remove listings, restrict access, or permanently ban users where necessary to protect the platform and its community.
Third-Party Services
Stickera Asia integrates with third-party services, including Stripe, to provide payment and other features. Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.
Stickera Asia is not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party services.
Changes to the Platform or Terms
Stickera Asia may modify or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the website or by email.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stickera Asia operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
