Stickera Asia Seller Agreement
Overview of the Platform
Stickera Asia is an online marketplace that connects independent sticker creators with buyers. Sellers are responsible for creating listings, fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and shipping products directly to buyers.
Stickera Asia does not manufacture, store, or ship products on behalf of sellers.
Seller Eligibility
You may browse Stickera Asia without creating an account. To register as a seller and receive payments, you must be able to successfully complete the identity verification and payout setup required by our payment provider.
If you are under the legal age required to open and manage a payment account in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must complete and manage the payment account on your behalf and assumes full responsibility for all activities conducted through your seller account.
By registering as a seller, you confirm that:
- You meet the eligibility requirements to sell on Stickera Asia, and
- All information you provide during account registration and payment onboarding is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Seller Responsibilities & Conduct
As a seller, you are responsible for:
- ensuring that all listings are accurate and not misleading
- maintaining sufficient and quality inventory to fulfill orders
- shipping items within the time stated in your listing
- providing appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit
- responding to buyer messages in a timely and professional manner
Product Listings
Sellers may only list physical sticker products. Digital downloads, print-on-demand services, or unrelated products are not permitted unless expressly approved by Stickera Asia.
Sellers must ensure that:
- Product descriptions are accurate
- Images represent the product truthfully
- Products do not infringe intellectual property rights
Listings must not include:
- copyrighted material that you do not have the rights to use
- offensive, illegal, or harmful content
- external purchase links or instructions directing buyers to complete
- transactions outside Stickera Asia
IMPORTANT NOTE: Stickera Asia reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these rules.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Sellers are solely responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering products to buyers. Sellers must provide accurate shipping timelines and update order status when items are dispatched.
Stickera Asia is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, though it may assist in dispute resolution where appropriate.
Pricing and Fees
Sellers are responsible for setting their own product prices and shipping fees. Stickera Asia may charge a platform service fee on each completed transaction. Applicable fees will be displayed to sellers within the platform.
Stripe may also charge payment processing fees, which are separate from and not controlled by Stickera Asia.
Payment Processing and Stripe Connect
All payments on Stickera Asia are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. Stickera Asia does not process or store buyer payment details.
To receive payouts, sellers must create and maintain a Stripe Connect account through the platform. This connected account is separate from any personal or business Stripe account the seller may already use.
Sellers agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service and provide all information required by Stripe for identity verification and financial compliance.
Failure to complete or maintain Stripe onboarding may result in delayed payouts or suspension of selling privileges.
Flow of Funds and Payouts
When a buyer completes a purchase:
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe
- Stripe confirms the transaction and applies applicable fees
- Funds are transferred to the seller’s Stripe Connect account
- Stripe pays out the funds to the seller’s bank account based on its payout schedule
- Stickera Asia does not hold seller funds directly at any point in the transaction process.
Payout timing and availability are determined by Stripe and may vary based on location, verification status, and Stripe’s internal policies.
Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Sellers are responsible for handling refund requests in accordance with their stated shop policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
If a buyer initiates a chargeback or dispute, Stripe may temporarily hold or reverse the relevant funds. Sellers agree that such adjustments may be deducted from their Stripe Connect account balance or future payouts.
Stickera Asia may assist in facilitating communication between buyers and sellers but does not directly process refunds or hold payment funds.

Off-Platform Transactions Prohibited
Sellers may not include external purchase links, payment instructions, or contact details intended to move transactions outside Stickera Asia. All transactions initiated on the platform must be completed through Stickera’s checkout system.
Transactions conducted outside Stickera Asia are not covered by buyer protection, dispute assistance, or platform support.
Intellectual Property
Sellers must only upload content that they own or have the legal right to use. By listing products, sellers grant Stickera Asia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote their listings for the purpose of operating and marketing the marketplace.
Taxes and Compliance
Sellers are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations, including reporting income and paying any applicable sales, goods, or value-added taxes as required by local laws.
Stripe may provide transaction reports or tax documentation through its dashboard, but Stickera Asia does not provide tax advice.
Account Suspension and Termination
Stickera Asia may suspend or terminate seller accounts that:
- violate this Agreement
- Copyright violations
- Repeated customer complaints
- fail to complete Stripe verification requirements
- engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
Upon termination, active listings may be removed and access to seller features may be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
Stickera Asia provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Stickera Asia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Changes to Seller Agreement
Stickera Asia may update this Seller Agreement from time to time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
