  • Use of copyrighted characters, artwork, or designs without permission
  • Fan art based on:

    • Movies

    • Reproductions of existing artwork or designs

  • Use of brand names, logos, or trademarks without authorization

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

• They own the rights to their designs
• Their products do not infringe on any third-party rights
• Maintain accurate listings
• Deliver products as described
• Communicate respectfully with buyers
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to redirect buyers to complete transactions outside Stickera Asia platform

Off-Platform Transactions

Listings or messages that attempt to redirect buyers to complete transactions outside Stickera Asia are prohibited. Such transactions cannot be verified or protected by the platform.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to meet these standards may result in penalties.

Buyer Protection & Reporting

Buyers may report:

• Non-delivery of items
• Items not as described
• Suspected counterfeit or copied designs

Zero Tolerance for Repeat Violations

Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy may be:

• Permanently suspended
• Banned from the platform

Secure Payments and Buyer Protection at Stickera Asia

At Stickera Asia, we are committed to providing a safe and transparent marketplace for both buyers and sellers. To ensure this, all transactions must be completed through Stickera’s secure checkout system. By keeping payments on-platform, we are able to verify transactions, provide buyer protection, and support both parties if any issues arise during or after a purchase.

Why Payments Must Be Completed Through Stickera

When a payment is made through Stickera’s checkout:

• The order is recorded and verified
• The seller is notified and required to fulfill the order
• Stickera can assist if an item is not delivered or does not match its description
• Buyers may request help or dispute support if needed

If a buyer chooses to pay a seller directly outside Stickera (for example through external websites, bank transfers, or direct messaging), Stickera cannot confirm that the payment was made or that an order was placed. Because of this, we are unable to provide refunds, mediation, or support for those transactions.

Buyer Protection

Purchases made through Stickera Asia are eligible for support and dispute assistance if:

• An item does not arrive
• The item arrives significantly different from its listing description
• There is a confirmed issue with the order

Our team can only review and assist with transactions that are processed through Stickera’s checkout system, as these are the only payments we can verify and track.

When transactions occur outside the platform, these protections no longer apply. Sellers may not include external purchase links or instructions that direct buyers to complete transactions elsewhere, as this removes the safeguards that Stickera provides.

• Providing proof of purchase and order history
• Reducing the risk of fraudulent payment claims
• Ensuring that all communication related to an order is recorded
