Eligibility to start selling on Stickera Asia?

You may browse Stickera Asia without creating an account. To register as a seller and receive payments, you must be able to successfully complete the identity verification and payout setup required by our payment provider.

If you are under the legal age required to open and manage a payment account in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must complete and manage the payment account on your behalf and assumes full responsibility for all activities conducted through your seller account.


Can I join if I’m not based in Asia?

Yes. Stickera is open to international sellers. Since artists handle their own shipping, you can sell from your country and choose whether to ship locally or worldwide.


Do I need to produce my own stickers?

Yes. Sellers are responsible for producing their own physical stickers, including printing and packaging.


Who handles shipping and delivery?

Sellers are solely responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering products to buyers. Sellers must provide accurate shipping timelines and update order status when items are dispatched. This means:

  • You choose your own shipping method
  • You pack and ship your orders
  • You set your shipping fees and timelines

Why does Stickera Asia let sellers handle shipping?

We do this to give creators:

    You decide how your products are packaged, shipped, and delivered.
  • Better Flexibility
    You can offer:
    • Tracked or untracked shipping
    • Local or international delivery
    • Custom packaging experiences
  • Lower Costs
    By not centralizing shipping, sellers can:

This approach keeps Stickera Asia creator-friendly and flexible, especially for independent artists.


Why doesn’t Stickera Asia provide Print-on-Demand (POD) services?

Stickera Asia focuses on authentic, creator-made physical stickers, rather than mass-produced print-on-demand products because we value:

  • Higher Quality & Creativity
    Creators have full control over:
    • Materials
    • Finishes (matte, glossy, holographic, etc.)
    • Packaging
  • Stronger Brand Identity for Sellers
    Each seller can build their own brand instead of relying on generic POD fulfillment.

    POD services often take a large percentage of profits. By producing their own stickers, creators can earn more.
  • Unique Marketplace Experience
    Buyers come to Stickera Asia for handcrafted, curated designs, not mass-produced items.

How do I get paid?

When a buyer completes a purchase:

  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • Stripe confirms the transaction and applies applicable fees
  • Funds are transferred to the seller’s Stripe Connect account
  • Stripe pays out the funds to the seller’s bank account based on its payout schedule
  • Stickera Asia does not hold seller funds directly at any point in the transaction process.

Payout timing and availability are determined by Stripe and may vary based on location, verification status, and Stripe’s internal policies.


Why a separate Stripe Account is required from your Personal Stripe Account

All payments on Stickera Asia are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. Stickera Asia does not process or store buyer payment details.

To receive payouts, sellers must create and maintain a Stripe Connect account through the platform. This connected account is separate from any personal or business Stripe account the seller may already use.

Sellers agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service and provide all information required by Stripe for identity verification and financial compliance.

Stripe Connect to ensure that payments can be:

  • Securely routed from buyers to sellers
  • Tracked for dispute and refund handling
  • Processed in compliance with financial regulations and identity verification requirements

Failure to complete or maintain Stripe onboarding may result in delayed payouts or suspension of selling privileges.


Are there any fees to sell?

Sellers are responsible for setting their own product prices and shipping fees. Stickera Asia may charge a platform service fee on each completed transaction. Applicable fees will be displayed to sellers within the platform.

Stripe may also charge payment processing fees, which are separate from and not controlled by Stickera Asia.


What can I sell?

Stickera Asia is a marketplace focused on physical sticker products created by independent artists. You can sell:

  • Individual physical stickers
  • Sticker packs or bundles
  • Specialty stickers (e.g. holographic, waterproof, matte, glossy)
  • Sticker-related items (e.g. sticker sheets, limited edition releases)

Do you allow digital downloads?

No, Stickera Asia does not support digital downloads. We are intentionally focusing only on physical products.


Are there any restrictions?

As a seller, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all listings are accurate and not misleading
  • Maintaining sufficient and quality inventory to fulfill orders
  • Shipping items within the time stated in your listing
  • Providing appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Responding to buyer messages in a timely and professional manner

Can I link to my own website or store in my listing?

No. Sellers may share their brand name, but external purchase links or instructions to buy outside Stickera Asia are not allowed. All transactions initiated on the platform must be completed through Stickera’s checkout system.

Transactions conducted outside Stickera Asia are not covered by buyer protection, dispute assistance, or platform support.
