What is Stickera Asia?

Stickera Asia is an online marketplace where you can discover and purchase unique physical stickers created by independent artists across Asia.


Are all stickers original?

Yes. Stickers are created and sold by independent creators. Each design is unique to the seller’s store.


How do I place an order?

Stickera Asia currently uses a single-item checkout system.
This means:

  • Each purchase is completed per seller listing
  • You will check out one item/order at a time

Why doesn’t Stickera Asia use a shopping cart?

We’ve intentionally designed checkout this way to support our marketplace model.
Here’s why:

  • Independent Sellers
    Each sticker is sold by a different creator, who:

    • Manages their own inventory
    • Handles their own shipping
    • Sets their own delivery options
  • Accurate Shipping Costs
    Shipping varies between sellers based on:

    • Location
    • Shipping method
    • Packaging style
    • Getting accurate shipping fees directly from each seller.
  • Faster and Simpler Orders
    Instead of managing a complex multi-seller cart, checkout is:

    • Quick
    • Direct
    • Easy to complete

Can I buy from multiple sellers in one order?

Not at the moment.
If you want to purchase from multiple sellers, you’ll need to complete separate checkouts for each seller.


Will a cart system be added in the future?

We may introduce a multi-seller cart experience in the future as the platform grows.
Our current focus is to ensure:

  • Reliable order fulfillment
  • Smooth seller operations
  • Accurate shipping and delivery

Do I pay multiple shipping fees?

Yes, if you purchase from different sellers.
This is because:

  • Each seller ships independently
  • Orders come from different locations

Why this approach works better (for now)

This checkout model helps us:

  • Support independent creators fairly
  • Reduce shipping errors
  • Keep operations simple and reliable

As Stickera Asia grows, we will continue improving the checkout experience.


Why must I pay through Stickera instead of directly to the seller?

To protect buyers and ensure fair transactions, all payments must be completed through Stickera’s checkout. If a payment is made directly to a seller outside the platform, Stickera cannot verify the transaction or provide refunds, dispute assistance, or order tracking.

Keeping payments on-platform allows us to:

  • verify that orders were successfully placed and paid for
  • help buyers if items are not delivered or arrive damaged
  • mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
  • maintain a safe and trusted marketplace for everyone

For this reason, Stickera Asia does not support or protect transactions that are completed outside the platform. All purchases must be made through Stickera to qualify for buyer protection and support services.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the seller’s location and shipping method.
Typically:

  • Local orders: 2–7 days
  • International orders: 7–21 days

Please check the seller’s store for specific shipping timelines.
